Return and Refund Policy


This return and refund policy applies to purchases made through Falsterbotofflan’s online store.

Falsterbotofflan follows Swedish consumer law for distance purchases.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after you received or collected your order.

To use your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us within 14 days and let us know that you wish to return your product. Please include your name, order number, and which product the return concerns.

Returning Products

Once you have informed us that you wish to return your product, the product must be sent back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the return.

The product should be returned in clean and unused condition, or only handled in the way necessary to inspect and try it on. We recommend that clogs are only tried on indoors and on a clean surface.

The customer pays the return shipping cost for standard returns where the purchase is withdrawn. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and saving the receipt until the return has been received.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days after we have received the returned product, or after you have shown proof that the product has been sent back.

For an approved return, we refund the product price and any standard shipping cost for the original delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We do not charge any return or administration fee.

If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect or try it on, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the reduced value of the product.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products that have been specially adapted for you cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, unless there is something wrong with the product.

This includes, for example, clogs with a custom name, personal text, or another clearly personal adaptation.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Product

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos showing the fault or damage. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Falsterbotofflan will cover the return shipping cost and offer a repair, replacement product, or refund according to Swedish consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges through the return system. If you would like another size, model, or product, please return the original product and place a new order in the online store.
